Are caviation heaters truly over unity devices – meaning that they actually produce more energy than they use? How is that possible? Maybe their calculations are wrong, but that doesn’t change the potentially revolutionizing effects of a super-efficient, non-polluting steam-powered generator (essentially) or even a household water heater.
